颈淋巴结结核采用病灶清除术综合治疗临床分析 　　【摘要】目的;探讨颈淋巴结病灶清除术在颈淋巴结结核综合治疗中的作用与价值。方法:回顾性分析228例颈淋巴结结核患者的临床治疗。228例患者均采用抗结核治疗,同时加用颈淋巴结结核病灶清除术,术后予以相应治疗,并随访1~3年。结果:临床治愈220例(96.4%),其中一期治愈189例(82.9%),二期治愈31例(13.6%)。临床无效4例(1.8%),复发4例(1.8%)。结论:颈淋巴结病灶清除术在颈淋巴结结核的治疗中具有重要的价值。 　　【关键词】颈淋巴结;结核;病灶清除术 　　The treatment of tuberculosis oflymph nodes byradiacalneckdissection 　　Li Tianxing Dai Xiyong HuangChaolin 　　【Abstract】Objection Todiscuss the value of the treatment of tuberculosis of lymph nodes by radiacal neck dissection .
