▶College students entered the university and left the protection of parents. Diet of their living condition is worse and worse. A large part of students have not the habit of eating breakfast.
▶Most college students diet does not rule, eat three square meals a day and time often are not fixed,and most of all is not in the dining room for dinner .
▶Many of the college students do not take breakfast, but eat food taken late at night, the phenomenon of eating snacks is common.
▶Boys are smoking, drinking phenomenon is more serious, most of the boys have a habit of smoking .
▶Many college students after entering the university idea of losing weight, especially women.

▶ Eat light meals less salt.
▶ Drinking should be limited.
▶ Clean sanitation, the same quality food.
★ Breakfast must eat, want to have milk, eggs, or soy milk .
★Eat hearty lunch, to eat some vegetables, if no meat, Just eating soy products .
★Eat dinner early, light food is the best choice .
★After 9 o clock dont eat in the evening, if you are hungry ,please drink a cup of honey water, because our intestines and stomach is no longer working at night, the intake of food will only become the burden of the body.
