摘 要 近几年来，民营企业已经成为我国国民经济发展的重要力量，对国民经济的贡献十分突出，是推动市场经济改革的主要动力之一。民营企业的长足发展对支持国民经济增长起了重要的作用，在我国经济的发展过程中，民营企业逐步成为其主体和主导，在经济总量中的比重逐步提高，是最具生机和活力的经济增长点。因此，大力发展民营企业已成为普遍共识。 然而民营企业在发展过程中仍遇到诸多困难，一是来自于环境及民营企业本身，二是制约民营企业发展的融资障碍。在企业的成长过程中，无论创立、生存和发展，都是以一次次的融资——投资——再融资为前提的。资本是企业的血脉，是企业经济活动的原动力和持续推动力。民营企业目前出现的资源匾乏、技术创新乏力、规模过小、市场占有率低等问题，资金严重不足是其主要原因。 第1章重点阐述民营企业的概念，融资的概念以及融资的方式，从宏观上把握本论文研究的对象。第2章回顾我国民营企业的发展过程，明确其重要的经济地位。第3章分别介绍我国民营企业的内源融资困境、外源融资困境和其他融资状况，并分析导致融资困境的原因。第4章拟对我国民营企业的融资问题做更深层次的思考，然后明确解决问题的改革方向，即在对现行的金融体制进行改革的同时，鼓励民营金融体系的构建。 关键词 民营企业；融资困境；金融体制改革；民营金融体系 Abstract In the last few years, the Private enterprise already became our country national economy development the important force, is very prominent to national economys contribution, impels one of market economic reform prime motors.
