漓江上游毛竹气体交换对不同土壤水分的响应 杨晓东1,2,,罗艾滢2，黄玉清2*，莫凌2，徐广平2，姚月锋2 (1.广西师范大学 生命科学学院，广西 桂林 541004；2.广西壮族自治区中国科学院广西植物所，广西 桂林 541004) 摘要：通过对毛竹林土壤各小区进行了4个水分梯度处理(A处理：区域内不灌水直接覆膜、B处理：区域内灌水5mm并覆膜、C处理：区域内灌水10mm并覆膜、D处理：区域内灌水20mm并覆膜、CK：不灌水不覆膜、HM (荷木：Schima superba)：不灌水不覆膜)，探讨不同土壤水分变化对毛竹光合作用的影响。结果表明：不同水分处理毛竹光响应曲线的变化趋势一致，随PAR的增大而增大，后趋于稳定；毛竹的Pmax大小顺序为CBCKAD，光饱和点和光补偿点均比荷木的低，而表观量子效率明显比荷木的高。在叶片水势不同时刻变化和多日变化中C处理水势均最高， D处理反而对毛竹不利。蒸腾速率的变化趋势和叶片水势一致，水势越高，蒸腾速率越大。C处理叶片水势值高，叶片水分条件最好，蒸腾速率高。控水前，所有毛竹叶片叶绿素SPAD值没有显著性差异，到第5天，B、C、D处理的SPAD值均迅速增加，其中C处理的最大，B处理次之，D处理较前两个处理小，这与中午和日平均叶片水势变化情况比较一致。在增加水分处理中，随着控水时间的延长，叶片叶绿素含量大都呈现先升高后略降低的趋势。不同土壤水分处理毛竹叶片的气孔导度与净光合速率呈现出显著的正相关气孔叶片的光合速率 945.11 文献标识码：A 文章编号： Effectns of soil moisture content on the gas exchange of the bamboo (Phyllostachys pubescence) of the upper reaches of Lijiang River YANG Xiao-DONG1,2，LUO Ai-Ying2，HUANG Yu-Qing2*，MO Ling2，XU Guang-Ping2，YAO Yue-Feng2 （1.
