广西水文与水资源工程本科专业发展方向研究 　　摘 要 广西的水文与水资源工程本科专业设立十余年来形成了自身的特色，为地方经济做出了应有贡献。在未来发展过程中，为了使该专业办得更好更强，应根据国家高等教育发展战略、本专业的整体布局、所属高校的发展、所在区域的经济状况及人才需求，确定更加科学准确的专业定位、制定符合未来社会需求和办学能力的人才培养目标。以专业定位和人才培养目标为指导设置科学实用的课程教学体系，并在此基础上强化师资队伍的建设。 　　关键词 水文与水资源工程专业 人才培养目标 课程设置 师资建设 　　G642 A DOI：10.16400/ki.kjdks.2015.12.014 　　Development Direction of Guangxi Hydrology and Water Resources 　　Engineering Undergraduate Professionals 　　JIN Xin 　　（College of Environmental Science and Engineering， Guilin University of Technology， Guilin， Guangxi 541004） 　　Abstract Guangxi Hydrology and Water Resources Engineering Undergraduate established more than ten years to form its own characteristics， in order to make its due contribution to the local economy. In the future course of development， in order to make the profession more to do even better， higher education should be based on national development strategies， economic conditions and the needs of the professional talent overall layout of the development owned universities， where the area determined is more scientific and accurate professional orientation， to develop in line with the future needs of the community and school capacity training objectives. Professional orientation and training objectives as a guide to set the scientific and practical teaching system， and strengthen the construction of teachers on this basis. 　　Key words Hydrology and Water Resources Engineering； training objectives； curriculum； teacher construction 　　0引言 　　水文学是研究地球上的水循环规律，即研究各种水体的储存、分布、运移转化、与环境因素相互作用和影响的规律，并将研究成果服务于人类的生存和发展的科学。①水文学对应于我国高校的本科专业名称在1993年前为陆地水文专业，在教育部1993年颁布的《普通高等学校本科专业目录》②中，将陆地水文专业更名为水文与水资源利用，后又在1998年颁布的《普通高等学校本科专业目录》③中变更为水文与水资源工程，此后一直沿用至今。 　　作为我国高等教育人才培养的重要专业组成，多年来水文与水资源工程专业培养了大量的人才，为社会经济的发展做出了巨大贡献。伴随着高等教育的发展，水文与水资源工程专业在我国高校的分布和发展，也经历了从少到多、从弱到强、从点到面的发展历程。在1993年前仅有河海大学和成都科技大学（后并入四川大学）等少数几所高校开展陆地水文本科专业的教育，随着高等教育的高速发展，截至2014年，开展水文与水资源工程本科教育的高校达到51所（不含已经获批设立水文与水资源工程专业，但未实际招生的高校），遍布我国27个省区（直辖市）。在众多的高校中，省区所属的地方高校水文与水资
