But the history of it in some developed Euro-American countries has already been 160years,the personal credit system in this countries has been very imperfect. and plays a significant role in the national economic development and social life. But it just a new topic for our country. As is known to all, the personal credit system is an important part in credit system of one country, what’s more, it’s the basic to conduct personal credit business for the commercial back and some fiduciary institution. It so happens that at the double conference of last year, credit and personal credit system have become a hot topic. It’s no wonder that the credit conditions of China has deeply influenced our country economy, finance, our people’s livings and so on. Governing the credit conditions of our country has become our people’s common ideas. It’s important to study this topic.
