摘 要 目前我国烟叶烘烤生产使用的多为自然气流上升式烤房，这种烤房在烘烤过程中的供热主要依靠操作人员的经验，人为调节火力来控制烤房的温度，并由人工监测烤房温度控制火力或排湿，存在着操作误差大、反应不灵敏、预期结果滞后的不足，影响烟叶烘烤的质量。而将温湿度控制系统用于烟叶烘烤，可以解决烟叶烘烤过程存在的不足，有利于提高烘烤工艺水平和烟叶烘烤质量。 本设计采用AT89S52单片机作为核心控制器，配合温度传感器（DS18B20）和湿度传感器(HS1101)，以及相关的外围电路组成检测系统，将温度和湿度传感器得到的测量信号送到单片机进行数据处理，经软件分析处理后送显示装置，从而实时监控烤房环境的温度和湿度情况。并且当烤房内的温度或湿度超出设定值的范围时，能够自动进行声光报警，同时对高温热泵或排湿风扇进行控制，使烤房内的温湿度满足工艺要求。本设计的烟叶烘烤控制器可进行单机控制也可通过CAN总线通信方式进行多机控制，且每隔一定的时间主机自动对温度、湿度等相关的数据进行记录。 本设计对于烟叶烘烤时所需的基本工艺参数、精度等级要求都能满足，能够根据工艺的要求对烤房内的温湿度进行自动的调节，并且烘烤的全程都是使用电能对环境无污染。 关键词：AT89S52单片机；温度传感器；湿度传感器； CAN通信；LCD显示 Abstract The barn used in most of China’s tobacco curing production are natural flow rose style ones, the heating of this kind of tobacco curing barn in the baking process mainly depend on the operators experience, monitoring barn fire or humidity and of temperature control were conducted manually, there are insufficiencies like big operational errors, insensitive response, and expected results lag, thus, the quality of tobacco curing was affected. However, when temperature and humidity control system were used in tobacco curing process, insufficiencies that mentioned above were reduced, and could help to improve the quality of tobacco curing. This design uses a microcontroller AT89S52 as the core controller, with the temperature sensor (DS18B20) and humidity sensors (HS1101), and related peripheral circuits of the detection system, the measurement of temperature and humidity sensors’ signals will be send to the microcontroller for data processing by software analytical processing evacuation display device, real-time monitoring the temperature and humidity of the barn environment. And when baking room temperature or humidity exceeds the set value range, the system is able to automatically trigger sound and light alarm, at the same time controls the high temperature heat pump or humidity exhaustion fan, so that the baking room temperature and humidity will meet the technical requirements.
