With the development of economic information, and the important role of the enterprise culture constantly improved. The development of network technology make the enterprise change their philosophy, and reshape their enterprise culture to greet the age of social networking. Based on the theoretical research and empirical analysis,this thesis makes a very deep description about the intension、features and structure of enterprise culture.Meanwhile, this paper will combine with taking these theories Tsingtao brewery Co., LTD for example of the enterprise culture.It analyses the social network times before and after the enterprise culture management idea, organization structure, working system, and then found in this era of Qingdao beer enterprise culture difference, through the analysis of these differences for the enterprise and the role of social network times for enterprise summary and enterprise managers new request.
