浅析建筑工程中项目管理控制措施 　　摘要：随着我国经济的快速发展，我国建筑业也取得了飞跃的成绩，建筑工程管理在建筑业发展过程中起着重要的作用，从而对我国建筑工程管理的质量要求也越来越高。工程项目管理是指通过一定的组织形式，用系统工程的观点、理论和方法对工程建设项目生命周期内的所有工作，包括自建筑工程项目开始至项目完成，通过项目策划和项目控制，使建筑工程项目的费用目标，进度目标和质量目标得以实现的系统管理。质量、工期、成本的最优化是建筑工程项目管理永恒追求的三大目标，这三者之间既矛盾又统一，他们相互影响、相互制约，很难同时满足，项目管理的目标是在保证最好的质量和一定的工期下，追求成本的最小值，以达到保证工程质量、缩短工期、提高投资效益的目的。本文针对建筑工程管理做了一些探讨。 　　关键词：建筑工程项目 管理 　　Abstract: along with the rapid economic development of our country, our country construction also made a leap the scores, construction project management in the process of the development of the construction industry plays an important role, and on the construction project management quality requirements of more and more is also high.
