基于ProE的空调外壳造型模具设计与NC加工.docVIP

芜湖职业技术学院 摘 要 针对空调外壳的设计的主要特点，本文论证的是运用三维软件Pro/E解决了空调外壳进行建模、模具设计以及NC加工等问题。设计出一种新型的空调外壳。该新型空调外壳由于采用新型铝合金材料设计，使其质量更轻，强度更高，通过增加散热孔的设计使空调散热功能大大提高，实践证明该方法十分有效，同时也与我国提倡的节能环保相吻合，本文就此设计思路给出了该设计的具体过程，通过仿真实验验证该设计有效。 关键词：Pro/E，建模，模具设计，NC加工, 空调外壳 ABSTRACT In the air conditioner casing design main characteristic, this paper is to use three-dimensional software Pro / E to solve the air-conditioned shell modeling, mold design and NC machining and other issues, designs a new type of air conditioner casing, the novel air conditioner by using3D software design, so it has the general air-conditioning have low ener
