静触头的成形挤压模具设计 摘 要 ZF-126静触头是高压开关的关键部分，材料为铬青铜QCr0.5。本文根据该静触头的结构特点，在现有设备为315t油压机的情况下，提出棒料三次热挤压成形工艺方案, 并设计挤压成形模具。第一次先反挤压棒料成带底杯形件，然后冲底修整；再经第二次反挤压使制件的内孔扩大，外径不变，并使制件一端基本成形；第三次镦粗凸缘，成形最终所需形状。根据经验确定热挤压温度为800℃。挤压完成后制件经少量切削加工即可满足使用要求。与传统加工方法相比，制件质量好，材料利用率大幅提高，经济效益显著。 本工艺采用三序挤压成形，需要设计三套挤压模具。在模具设计时，采用通用模架，降低了制造成本。第一套模具凸模设计为平底锥形结构.与第一套凸模相比第二套模具凸模上带有型芯。第三套凸模设计成组合式结构。三套模具凹模均采用两层组合式结构，提高了凹模强度。 关键词：静触头，热挤压，挤压模具，铬青铜 Forming Extrusion Die Design Of Static Contact ABSTRACT ZF-126 static contact is a key part of high-voltage switches,the material is chromium bronze QCr0.5.Under the existing equipment for 315t hydraulic machine case,and based on the structural characteristics of the stationary contacts，put forward three bar hot extrusion forming process and designed extrusion die .The first backward extruded bar stock into a bottomed cup, then rushed at the end trim;nd then through a second backward extrusion of the inner parts of the expanding hole, left diameter unchanged,one part of the article was shaped .Third upset flange, forming a final desired shape.Empirically,determined the temperature of hot extrusion at 800 ℃.After the completion of parts by extruding, a small amount of cutting can meet the requirement .Compared with the traditional processing methods, better part quality, significantly improve material utilization, significant economic benefits. This process uses three sequences extrusion,it need to design three sets extrusion dies. In the mold design, used common mold, reducing manufacturing costs.The first set of die punch designed for flat conical structure.Compared with the first punch ,mandrel with the second sets punches.Design of the third punch into modular structure.Three cavity dies are made of two modular structure, improved the die strength.
