成本管理系统的研究与实现 摘 要 油气生产成本管理系统对于油气生产成木预算、成本控制至关重要。 合理的体系结构、合适的丌发平台、灵活的应用程序与数据库管理系统接口，数据采集系统与成本管理系统接口，对于开发高效、稳定的油气生产成本管理系统非常关键。 本论文对基于C／S和B／S混合结构的油气生产成本管理系统进行了入的研究。文章首先对系统开发平台和相关技术进行了深入研究，在此基础上，通过系统分析和用户需求，依据设计原则和功能要求，确立了三层C／S和B／S混合模式的系统总体设计方案，接着对系统的具体设计进行了详细的研究。本文重点探讨了．NET平台技术、中间件技术、Web Service系统构架和设计、PowerDesigne数据库设计技术、PL／SQL存储过程设计、以及系统安全保密等技术。同时，本文对于油气生产成本管理系统的数据采集、数据处理、定额等关键问题做了详细介绍。 文中详细介绍了油气生产成本管理软件系统的具体设计思路和实施方案，并结合工程项目的要求对整个系统软件开发环境、数据库设计、系统安全性设计、各功能模块的实现、软件开发中的关键技术和算法作了深入的研究。实践证明：基于．NET平台开发的油气生产成本管理系统，在系统的整体性能、可靠性和安全性等方面均达到了设计要求。本文的创新点主要有：成本预算模块的计算模型、Reflection算法实现系统框架集成等。 关键词：油气开采预算，C／S，B／S，．NET平台，ORACLE数据库 Research and Application on Web Service Performance Management Abstract Along with the development of web service technology and the deployment of web services, the management of web service is becoming the common focus for both service providers and customers. How to manage web services effectively is a very important task to be researched. The research on web service management, especially on web service performance management that the customers mostly concern about, will extremely further the development of web service technology and will facilitate the application of web services. Under the condition that web services lack of management, web service technology will be blocked. It goes without saying that Web service management technology affects web service technology deeply. This paper starts with basic concepts of web service management, emphasizes particularly on web service performance management. We design and implement two schemes to collect web service performance data, separately in active mode and in passive mode. An open and extensible web service management platform which bases on standards is constructed in this paper.
