In the same time, I will also do my best to assist the manager’s works.
H: Ok, our company is developing rapidly in few days. I’d like to know what’s your opinion about working overtime sometimes?
Y: Well, I don’t care about it if I like what I’m doing.
H: Great! Tell me your plan in five years if you join in our company.
Y: Firstly, I will work hard and learn something from my elder colleagues. I want to get some experience and gain the recognition of my workmates. Secondly, I will help to improve the performance and offer my power to build our culture. And the last, I will realize my own values and unleash my potentials.
