ButthedisadvantagesofStateEnterprises,suchas,lowefficacy,highcost,badoperation stillexisted.Andmaybejustbecauseofthis,thePrivatizationcomesintobeing.In1970s,all sortsoftidalwavescameoutwiththeexacerbatedtraderelationship.TheNewRightwhich supposetheprincipleofStrongStateandFreeMarket.Anditprovidesthepossibilityfor theimplementofprivatizationpolicy.IntheprocessofThatchersprivatizationpolicy,it goesthroughtransitionfrommonetarismtoprivatization.Privatizationpolicyhasmany closeaffiliationswithMatchersreformineconomical,politicalandsocialfields,suchas privatizationandthereformofBritishgovernmentregulationsystem,privatizationandthe reformofWelfareState,privatizationandthereformofUnionTrade.
