本科毕业设计（论文） 题目：南平3号商业油库设计 学生姓名： 学 号：专业班级： 油气储运工程09-6班 指导教师： 2013年6月15日 南平3号商业油库设计 摘 要 油库是协调原油生产、原油加工、成品油供应及运输的纽带，是国家石油储备和供应的基地，它对于保障国防和促进国民经济高速发展具有相当重要的意义。 该油库是一座中转兼分配型商业油库，库址选择在某市东南距离市区9公里处，油品全部由铁路运入，由铁路、公路散装和整装发运。 铁路编组站在库址北面约2公里的地方，可就近分线入库，机车牵引定数为3800吨。公路主干线位于库址西南大约3公里外。该油库的经营油品种类主要有93#、97#0#、-10#、-20#10#、15#50#机械油。 油库本着最大满足生产需要，缩短工艺管线和运输线路，减少占地面积，节约建库投资，保证安全操作，节省管理费用的原则设计 本设计包括总平面布置图设计，工艺流程图设计，泵房安装图设计，文献翻译，三张草图和三张CAD图。设计过程中结合最新的设计规范，基本满足现代化商业油库的要求。 关键词：离心泵；平面布置；储罐；饱和蒸汽压；标准流程； The design of nanping 3 commercial oil depot Abstract The oil depot links the production of crude oil, crude oil processing , products supply and transportation.It is the base of the state oil reserve ,it is very important to protect the national defense and to promote the development of national economy. The depot is a distribution products oil depot. Its main tusk is subordinate to the city oil depots and petrol filling stations, enterprises, institutions and rural users. It is located at the southeast of city, 9km far from the center.The train station located at north of the depot,2km far from the depot.The highway line located at 3km southeast of the depot. The oil bulk by railway,out of bulk and bottled by road and railway. The depot to meet the needs when designing, try best to shorten the process pipeline and transport routes to reduce the cost.The oil depot including four parts: the reservoir area, working area, administration area, operating area. The light oil using a dual-track system, the heavy oil using single –system. The design includes overall layout design, process design, installation of pumping station and fire system design. in all, it is a modern business depot.
