本科毕业论文（设计） 题目： 微带带通滤波器的设计和实现 姓 名： 学号： 院（系）：机械与电子信息学院 专业： 电子信息工程 指导教师： 职称： 评 阅 人： 职称： 2012 年 6 月 摘 要 近几年随着商用无线通信的迅猛发展，射频/微波电路越来越得到重视和发展。微带带通滤波器作为微波器件的一种也得到了大力的发展，尤其是在接收机前端。带通滤波器即BPF（band-pass filter）是一个允许特定频段的波通过同时屏蔽其他频段的设备一个理想的滤波器应该有一个完全平坦的通带另外，通带外的转换在极小的频率范围完成 GHz，带内衰减小于2dB，起伏小于1dB，1.7GHz以下及2.2GHz以上衰减大于40dB。 试验结果表明，基于微波仿真软件ADS的微带线带通滤波器能够顺利实现，并且重要参数能够较好的控制在所要求的范围内。 关键词： 微带线 微带带通滤波器 仿真软件ADS Abstract In recent years, along with the high development of wireless communication in business, Microwave RF circuit has been attracted more and more attention and also got many achievements. At the same time, as one of the important microwave components, the microstrip band-pass filters also developed rapidly in recent years. Especially, the microwave BPF directly influences the Performances of the receivers. Band-pass filter namely BPF(band-pass filter) is a device which allow specific frequency range and shield other range. A ideal band-pass filter has a completely flat passband and the transition should be in a infinitesimal frequency range. Band-pass filter get a wide range of applications in many directions such as wireless communication, image processing and remote sensing. An So, develop high Performance, study miniaturized microwave filter is a hot topic in nowadays. At first, this paper introduces the application of microwave filters, and the current state of studying the filters. Then introduces the theory basis and important parameter. With the software ADS and the formula, this paper also well design a microstrip band-pass filter. At the same time also do the simulation and optimination with the help of ADS. Finally we get a relatively ideal microstrip filter.
