分层管理在糖尿病专科护理小组质量控制中的应用效果 [摘要] 目的 探讨分层管理在糖尿病专科护理小组质量控制中的应用效果。方法 2010年1-12月在糖尿病专科护理小组中建立组长负责制层级管理模式架构，专科护理组长由2名糖尿病专科护士担任。小组设立教育训练组、质量控制组、专题研究组及网络管理组。设小组长4名，组员22名，通讯秘书1名；制定各层次人员岗位职责和考核评价指标；形成专科护理组长、小组长及组员的三层管理模式。将分层前（2009年）及分层后（2010年）的患者对糖尿病知识的掌握程度、患者对专科护理小组工作的满意度、专科操作随机抽考成绩进行对照比较。结果 实施分层管理后患者对糖尿病知识的掌握程度、对专科护理小组工作满意度、专科操作随机抽考成绩明显优于实施前，差异均有统计学意义。结论 分层管理模式更加合理的运用了护理人力资源、完善专科监控网络、为不同护理单元的糖尿病患者提供同质、安全高效的护理，从而提高专科护理质量、有效提升专科护理服务品牌形象。 [关键词] 分层管理； 专科护理； 质量控制 The effect of separate stratum control in specific nursing of diabetes [Abstract] Object: To investigate the effect of separate stratum control in specific nursing of diabetes. Methods: In the period of 2010-01 to 2010-12, we established the mode of level management with the responsibility of the group manager in diabetes nursing group. Two specific nurses acted as group managers. Each group was consisted of 4 group manager, 22 nurses and 1 secretary; we instituted the post duty and examine index of each level personnel, and formed 3 levels management mode with the responsibility of specific nursing manager, group manager and nurses. We compared the patients with mastery degree of diabetes knowledge, patients satisfaction of specific nursing group and randomly selective examination scores of specific operation between before (2009) and after separate stratum control (2010). Results: There is a significantly elevation in mastery degree of diabetes knowledge in diabetes patients, patients’ satisfaction to specific nursing group and the randomly selective examination scores after separate stratum control. Conclusion: The mode of separate stratum control could make the nuring human resoures utilization and specific monitor network improvements more reasonable, provide patients with the same quality, safe and high performance nursing for distinct nursing units, elevate the specific nursing quality and the brand echoism of specific nursing service.
