浅谈西劲房地产公司人力资源管理的思路与措施 内容摘要 随着国家对房地产市场的进一步规范管理,以及可开发土地资源的逐渐减少,房地产企业的竞争正在进一步加剧。房地产开发商们在争夺土地资源的同时也比以往任何时候都更加重视人力资源,更加重视科学、有效地进行人力资源的开发与管理,并试图在土地资源有限的条件下通过不断提高人力资源管理水平进一步挖掘人力资源的巨大潜力,达到企业效益最大化的目的。 本文以西劲房地产公司作为探讨的对象,阐述西劲房地产公司在人力资源管理上存在的问题,提出西劲房地产公司人力资源管理问题的解决思路,旨在让西劲房地产公司管理层进一步了解人力资源管理的现状和未来的发展方向,以便使管理者们更科学、更有效地管理企业,从而使房地产企业在激烈的市场竞争中站稳脚跟,实现企业的可持续发展。 关键词:房地产 人力资源管理 人力资源管理发展趋势 ABSTRACT With the standard management of the real estate market , as well as gradual reduction of potential land resources, the real estate enterprises are competing further severely. When the real estate developers capture the land resources, they are attaching much importance to the human resources and its scientific of effective development and management than before .Under the condition ofthe limited land resources, the huge potential of the human resources is developed byunceasingly raising the level of human resources management, so as to the maximization of enterprise benefit. This article through XIJING real estate company management of the real estate enterprises. the problems that XIJING real estate company in human resources management were described.
