分类号： 　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　单位代码：10452 专业论文（设计） 论文题目 ：浅谈规模经济与管理创新 摘 要 伴随着改革开放的进程的加快，国内的经济发展迅速。作为一门工具学科，西方经济学备受人们的关注，尤其是微观经济学。正如萨缪尔森说的那样“经济学已经成为诱人的富于挑战的学科。随着国内企业的发展，企业的规模不断的扩大。与此同时，其中的问题也就出现了，规模经济与不经济也已被提上了议事日程。另外，与经济学密切相关的一门学科那就是管理学了。随着企事业单位对管理的重视，管理科学也逐渐成为时代的课题。所以，如何实现经营的多元化以及规模经济，对企业将来的发展与壮大起着至关重要的作用；企业能否实现利润最大化，实现规模经济，这就需要管理的创新。管理的创新要紧随企业的规模扩大的进程，不断完善与改进企业的管理。总之，规模扩大需要管理的创新来实现规模经济；反过来，管理也需要在规模扩张中逐渐去创新和完善，使企业的管理制度更加趋于成熟。 关键词：规模经济；规模报酬；技术创新与技术进步；管理创新；范围经济 ABSTRACT With the accelerated process of reform and opening up, Chinas rapid economic development. As a tool for discipline, much attention is paid to Western economics, especially microeconomics. As Samuelson put it,” economics has become an attractive and challenging subject”. With the development of domestic enterprises, the scale of company has been expanded faster and faster. At the same time, one of the problems emerged, whether the expansion of scale is economy or not has been put on the agenda. Otherwise a discipline that is closely related to economics is management. As more and more emphasis is paid on management, scientific management has become a time issue. So, how to achieve business diversification and economies of scale will play a crucial role in enterprise development and strengthening in future; Enterprises can maximize profits and achieve economies of scale, which need to manage innovation. Management innovation should follow the process of continuous enlargement of sale, and then the enterprise could improve enterprise management. In short, the expansion of scale calls for the management innovation in order to realize economies of scale; The other way round, the management also need to gradually innovate and improve in the enlargement of scale as a result of the mature of management system of the enterprise.
