毕业设计（论文） 　 题目 ：配电网规划技术经济评估方法研究 二O一一 年 五 月 二十七 日 摘要 配电网经济性评价作为配电系统规划的重要组成，直接影响着配电网，是选择和评价电力系统网络规划方案的重要依据。随着理论研究与工程实践的深入，研究出了各种配电网规划经济评价的方法。 目前，国内外主要采用传统工程评价方法，大多数都是以项目投资决策分析为思路的传统方法，仅从纯财务角度对电网进行经济性分析，片面性和不确定性很大。本文通过分析影响经济性评估的主要因素，研究建立由技术经济评价，财务效益评估和不确定分析三部分组成的配电网经济性评估体系。提出计及“N-1”准则的配电系统经济性分析评价方法，将配电系统的供电能力基本属性与经济效益相互结合起来，抓住供电能力产生经济效益这一基本特征；并给出了完整的配电系统经济性评价指标体系，包括静态收益性指标和动态投资经济性指标，为配电系统规划方案的经济性评价提供了可靠的方法。 通过对某高档社区配电网的实例分析可以看到，本文的方法能够计及配电网的基本特征和电能不同于一般商品的特殊性特点，不仅结合了传统工程经济学方法的一些优点，而且可以对电网资产的供电效益作出有效评估，同样还可以对现状电网的经济性和规划方案的经济性进行有效评价。使得评价更加的全面客观，更加的具有实际意义。 关键词：配电网 经济性规划 评价指标体系 ABSTRACT Distribution network economic evaluation is an important part of distribution system planning and an important reference of selection and evaluation of the electric system network planning, which directly affects the distribution network. Through the theory researching and engineering practicing, the basic method for the economic evaluation of distributed network planning can be achieved. At present, most of the traditional engineering evaluation methods used in domestic and overseas have one-sidedness and uncertainty. The article researches and set up a distributed network economic evaluation system combined with technology economic evaluation, financial benefit evaluation and uncertainty analysis which is achieved through the analysis of main causes which affect the economic evaluation. The article presents a distribution network system economic evaluation method based on “N-1” standard which combines the basic attributes of distribution system power supply capacity with the economic benefits and acknowledged the basic fact that power supply capacity produces economic benefits. The complete economic evaluation index system of distribution system including static beneficial index and dynamic investment economic index can be achieved, thus the reliable method of distribution system planning economic evaluation can be presented.
