内蒙古科技大学 本科生毕业设计说明书 题 目：金凤科技股份有限公司综合楼建筑结构设计（方案三） 学生姓名： 学 号：0863104636 专 业：土木工程 班 级：土木2008-6班 指导教师： 2012年6月 金凤科技股份有限公司综合办公楼（方案三） 摘 要 本工程为包头市稀土高新区工程，建筑面积为4009㎡，主体为五层现浇框架结构，总高度为19.5m。结构设计主要进行了2轴一榀横向框架的设计。其设计内容主要包括： 结构选型;重力荷载代表值的计算；利用顶点位移法求结构的自震周期；按底部剪力法计算结构的水平地震作用；水平地震作用下的内力计算；竖向荷载作用下的结构内力计算。 此外还选取最不利的内力组合结果进行梁、柱截面的设计，以及结构方案中的楼梯，包括平台板、梯段板、平台梁构件的内力和配筋计算；楼板的设计；柱下独立基础设计以及以上各部分施工图的绘制。 关键词: 框架结构 基础 承载力 内力计算 截面设计 Erdos Group of Eastern Road and Bridge office building structure design (Option 1) Abstract This project is the Baotou in rare earth high new technology zone The area of onstruct is about 4009 ㎡, and the mainparts of the structure is cast-in-situ framework which is five floors in all, with a total height of the 19.5 m. This design is mainly about the twith line of the horizontal frame. The features of design include: Selection structure; calculating the representative values of the load of grivaty; working out the natural period of vibration by displacement method of top; calculating the internal force in the effect of the seismic horizontal forces by equivalent base shear method; drawing the internal force in the effect of the erect load which are usually classified as dead loads or live loads.
