毕业设计（论文） 题目：济宁三号井火灾事故的事故树分析 姓名： 学号： 学院： 专业： 指导老师： 摘要 火灾是矿井或煤田较为常见的灾害之一。井下火灾处于煤层之中，巷道纵横相连，即使发生也很难及时发现，井下空气供给有限，难以完全燃烧，有毒有害烟雾大量发生，随风流到处扩散，毒化矿井空气、威胁工人的生命安全，在瓦斯和煤尘爆炸危险矿井，还可能引起爆炸，酿成重大恶性事故。煤矿井下本身贮藏有大量的煤炭以及各种可燃性气体。为火灾的发生创造条件，可燃物在井下有限狭小的空间燃烧及容易爆炸，对于煤矿这种劳动力密集的生产线。一旦发生火灾事故后果十分严重，本文利用系统安全方法中的事故树分析法，重点对矿井外因火灾的原因进行分析，通过求得事故树的最小割集，得出各个基本事件的结构重要度，提出避免事故的注意事项。最后利用作业条件的危险性评价对工人在工作条件下发生火灾的可能性进行了危险评价分析，本着以人为本、安全为天的企业精神，煤矿企业有义务把煤矿防灭火工作做好。 关键词：济3矿井；火灾；事故树；防灭火；内因火灾；外因火灾 Abstract Fire is one of the more common or coal mine disaster .
