Pressure Vessel Safety Operation 1 THE SECURITY REQUIREMENTS FOR PRESSURE VESSEL OPERATORS ARE AS FOLLOWS: 1.1 Pressure vessel operators must be trained, and obtained the operation qualification certificate through the examination, must understand the basic structure and main technical parameters of the pressure vessel, familiar with the operating conditions; pressure vessel management system. 1.2 Pressure Vessel operators must comply with safe operation; familiar with the technology process, the container structure, type, main technical parameters and technical performance, strictly follow the rules and operations. Master the method of dealing with the general accident, fill out the relevant records. 1.3 Pressure vessels must be strictly enforced regulations, regular inspections, pressure testing, flaw detection and determination of deformation. 1.4 Units using the container, the container vessel for safe operation should be developed based on technology requirements and technical performance, and enforced strictly. 1.5 Containers must be operated strictly with the provisions of the operating pressure, temperature, and should not operated under over-temperature, over pressure and overload. 1.6 The container user must be numbered each pressure vessel, registration, and set up equipment file. 1.7Strengthen the container, pipeline corrosion work, the outer surface of vessels and pipelines should brush often to maintain the integrity of the paint. 1.8 Vessel operators should be trained to pass the examination, strict compliance with safe operation and personal responsibility, fixed-time, fixed-quantity, and fixed-line inspection. 1.9 When the container has pressure inside, any repairs and fixing work shall not be done to the main pressure parts. 1.10 The container internal and external inspection should be done and when necessary to do full inspection before it’s put into use, if any of the following conditions happened: 1.10.1Stop off for more than two years and need
