青岛理工大学学士学位论文 PAGE \* MERGEFORMATIV 摘 要 房地产是经济的主要的构成成分,占据着不可或缺的地位。房地产市场的健康发展是经济发展是关键因素之一。因此,在我国目前大多数城市高库存的压力下,如何去库存已经是迫在眉睫的问题了。2015年底,在中央多次会议中,房地产业的去库存被多次提及到。可见政府对此的重视程度。房地产去库存是今年供给侧改革的主要任务。在很多城市,房地产业步入了结构性产能过剩的阶段,房地产市场呈两极分化趋势,并且这种趋势愈演愈烈,大部分一二线的城市火爆的房地产市场氛围与三四线城市的无人问津之间形成了强烈的对比。之前我国GDP的增长在很大程度依赖于房地产业的兴起,这就给现在房地产高库存埋下了伏笔。地方政府过分依靠房地产税收来作为财政收入是完全不行的。本文就此讨论的国内外对于本国去库存的举措以及优缺点、我国对于目前房地产业去库存的政策以及建议。 关键词:房地产价格;房地产泡沫;去库存措施 Abstract Real estate as an important part of the economy, occupies an indispensable position. Therefore, in our country at present most of the city under the pressure of high inventory, how to inventory is already an imminent problem.
