危险品物流安全风险及其管理—以耀通物流为例摘要近几年来，随着我国石油和化工产业的飞速发展，由石油化工产品延伸出来的危险化工产品种类日益繁多，为了满足生产生活的需要，危险化工产品在种类增加的同时，其生产量、使用量、运输量、存储量也大幅增加。危险化工产品本身的独特性和高度危险性往往给物流行业带来很大风险，安全事故时有发生，在对物流公司和石化公司的人力财力带来很大威胁，限制了物流行业和石化行业的发展。我国目前危险品的运输现状存在很多问题，危险品物流安全风险管理水平跟不上市场发展的需要。在这样的大背景下，为了更好地促进当代危险品物流安全风险及其管理水平的提高，促进我国危险品物流行业的发展，从而推动社会主义市场经济的发展。本文通过对我国危险品物流安全风险及其管理现状进行调研，分析危化品物流的现状，指出当前我国危险品物流管理发展取得的成果及尚存的主要问题。本文以耀通物流为调研对象，通过分析该企业承运的危险品主要类型及其运输特性找出了其存在的主要安全风险问题；并提出相对应的解决方案，对企业危险品物流安全风险和管理提出建立完善的企业部门组织形式、采用ABC分类法对危险品物料进行库存管理、建立完善的管理制度、加强对运输环境的关注，提高运输设备的安全性等建议。力求探讨促进我国危险品物流安全风险及其管理发展的路径，通过危险品物流行业的发展推动我国化工产业乃至社会经济的发展。关键词：危险品；物流；安全风险；耀通物流；AbstractIn recent years, with the rapid development of Chinas petroleum and chemical industry, petroleum chemical products derived from dangerous chemical products increasing, in order to meet the needs of production and life, dangerous chemical products in the category also increased its production, usage, transportation capacity, storage capacity has increased significantly.
