毕业设计（论文）题 目 服务型政府社会管理创新路径研究摘 要随着我国的发展，当代中国在政治、经济、社会各方面都产生了不同程度的变革，传统的政府行政原则在新形势下经受到了巨大的挑战，服务型政府的概念被广泛提出。与此同时，随着我国社会的进一步发展，改革的持续深入，中国社会的经济结构、社会矛盾、政治格局都发生了深刻的变化。公民经济实力的增强、生活水平的提高、政治意识的觉醒，推动了社会的经济水平、阶层结构、价值观的巨大改变，于是反而越发加剧了矛盾的激化，加大了社会管理的难度。由于社会管理与政府的关系密不可分，是以，如何在服务型政府下通过社会管理创新以达到解决社会冲突、维持社会稳定的效果，成为了一个有价值的研究命题。本文选取了近年来多篇相关论文，从服务型政府和社会管理创新的概念和相互关系出发把服务型政府社会管理创新的路径总结为“理论、体制、实践”三个部分，在这三个部分的相互作用下服务型政府社会管理就能够真正实现创新、高效。关键词：服务型政府,社会管理创新,政府职能ABSTRACTWith the development of our country,Contemporary China in the political, economic and social aspects have produced varying degrees of change, traditional government administrative Principles are facing severe challenge under the new situation;thus, the new definition of service-oriented government is widely proposed by the public.In the meanwhile,With the further development of our society, the reform of the deepening of Chinas economic structure, social contradictions, political patterns have undergone profound changes.The enhancement of the economic strength of the citizens, the improvement of the living standard and the awakening of the political consciousness have promoted the great changes of the economic level, the class structure and the values of the society, so it has intensified the intensification of the contradictions and increased the difficulty of social administration.Because social administration is inseparable from the governments relationship, it is a valuable research proposition to how to improve the social stability through social administration innovation in order to achieve social conflict and maintain social stability under the service-oriented government.This essay selects the recent papers ,and according to the concepts of the essence of the service-oriented government and the social administration innovation,the service-oriented government social administration innovation path summarized as three parts theory, system and practice under the interaction of the three parts of the service-oriented governme
