观塘区长者中心的服务範围 as at 11.4.2018.PDFVIP

With effect from April 2015, apart from handling direct applications for long term care services and/or counselling service for elderly persons living in the community, District Elderly Community Centre (DECC) and Neighbourhood Elderly Centre (NEC) also receive referrals from Integrated Family Service Centre/Integrated Services Centre and Medical Social Services Unit etc. for elderly persons in need of the above two services.
