Therefore, in such environment, how to seek for the appropriate talented person, the retention outstanding talented person and development talented person for the enterprise,is the enterprise maintains the essential content of powerful vitality and competitive power, became our current key issues. In seeking to solve the problem in process, job rotation becomes the method of our first choice. Because it while improving the staff quality creates the inter-disciplinary talent, but can also for the corruption of enterprise elimination company, provide for the long-term development of enterprise guarantee.
