摘 要 本设计的建筑为十八层的办公综合楼，给排水工程设计包括了建筑给水系统设计，建筑排水系统设计，消火栓系统设计，自动喷淋灭火系统设计。建筑给水系统分为室内冷水系统和室内热水系统，其中室内冷水系统分为三个区：地下室至四层为低区，采用市政给水管网直接供水；四层至十二层为中区，采用中区变频泵组供水；十三至十八层为高区，采用高区变频泵组供水。室内热水系统采用局部热水供应系统。本建筑为一类高层民用建筑，而其建筑高度≥54m，建筑物火灾危险等级为中级危险Ⅰ级。室内消火栓用水量和室外消火栓用水量分别取20L/s和40L/s，火灾持续时间为3h,自动喷淋系统计算用水量为22.46L/s，火灾持续时间为1h,消火栓系统和自动喷淋系统前十分钟灭火用水由屋顶水箱提供，屋顶设增压与稳压设备。排水系统采用污废分流制，污水立管采用双立管排水系统，设专用通气管，废水立管采用单立管排水系统。给水系统均采用PP-R给水管材，消火栓给水系统和自动喷淋灭火系统采用内外热镀锌钢管，排水系统管材采用UPVC排水管。在地下层设贮水池和加压泵房，地下室另设集水坑，集水坑中设潜污泵，保证污水及时排出。 关键词：建筑 给水 排水 消防 喷淋 Abstract The design of the building for 18 storey office building, to the drainage design of the project include the design of building water supply system, design of building drainage system, the design of fire hydrant system, automatic sprinkler fire extinguishing system design.
