 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 15 摘要：随着市场经济的高速发展，制造业、商业企业逐步接受着第三方的物流服务。越来越多的企业认识到物流企业外包是降低成本、提高服务水平的有效渠道。物流管理的特点是以客户为核心、构建面向客户的业务流程、支持各种形式、各种需求的现在企业中的业务模式。 在我国，传统的物流企业只是从事将物品从供应地安全地送往接受地等简单活动。如何从传统物流企业顺利过渡到现代物流企业，如何降低成本，如何处理与上下游企业间的关系，如何在激烈的竞争中创造核心竞争力，这些都离不开供应链管理的应用。 本文以联明晨通物流有限公司为对象，分析了该公司的信息管理流程现状，如差异管理，库存管理等方面，并结合所学的相关理论知识，对其信息管理上的优势和不足进行了分析，并对不足之处提出改进措施。 关键词：联明晨通物流 ；信息管理 ； 核心竞争力 Abstract:With the rapid development of the market economy  manufacturing, business enterprise gradually accept the third party logistics services.More and more enterprises realize that logistics outsourcing is to reduce costs, improve service level effective channel.The characteristics of logistics management is the customer as the core, build customer-facing business processes, support various forms, all kinds of demand now in the enterprise business model.
