System with STC89C52RC MCU as control core, innovation homemade six-way flame sensor used for flame detection, infrared sensor is used to avoid obstacles, L298 drive motor drive wheel rotation, before and after the LCD1602 is used to display working state and the number of fire fighting. The flame detection system adopts the homemade six-way flame sensor, by the five road far infrared receiving diode plus all the way in the near infrared receiving diode, relative to the other flame detector, with high flame detection accuracy, low cost, simple structure, reliable performance and other advantages. Obstacle avoidance the E18-D50NK type photoelectric sensor, the sensor detecting distance, small interference by visible light, low price, easy to install, easy to use. The design is based on digital integrated circuit, microcontroller technology as the core, based on sensor signal detection to implement SCM processing all kinds of instructions. System to join the LCD, makes the system have to view human features such as the working state of the fire. Design results show that this design is low cost, high accuracy, fast extinguishing, easy installation and debugging and so on characteristics, very suitable for large fire danger coefficient area, has a good application prospect.
