摘 要 工业机器人是一种新型的自动化操作装置,它可作业的要求按照预先确定的程序搬运物体装卸零件以及操作持喷枪、焊把工具去完成一定的作业随着电子技术的发展已逐渐成为一个独立的自动化的装置并扩大应用到铸造、加工、焊接、组装和喷漆等作业中工业机器人在生产中的作用越来越重要伴随它的普及其功能也在不断完善 要成为一个合格的设计者,其必须完成的任务就是将机器人的功能不断改进和不断完善这是工业发展所必须经过的一个过程我将着手的是自由度工业设计工作在设计当中我首要完成的任务将是设计改进其中包括缩小占用空间体积让生产程序变更加的方便得用一套合理的控制方案来实现设计当中我采用了动方式合理的加入自己的想法了控制器的功能 ABSTRACT Industrial robot is a new type of automation devices. According to the requiring of working and in accordance with the procedures established in advance handling objects, handing parts and holds the components and the operation of Lance and welding gun to accomplish certain operations, With the development of electronic technology, it has gradually become an independent automation devices, and has expanded the scope of using. We can see it, from casting, machining, welding, assembly and paint to other operations. Industrial robots is playing increasingly important role in the production, with its popularity its function is steadily improving. To become a qualified designer, its task is to continuously improve the function of the robot. If we want to achieve the success of industry, the process of reforming must be gone through. I will choose the freedom 1 industrial robot for my designing material. Among the design completed, my primary task will be to improve the design of the feeding manipulator ; the details are as follows: the feeding manipulator with the work of the rising station, reduce the spaces of the feeding manipulator. Choose the quick decreased electric motor design and check the parts of the feeding manipulator. To enable the production process become more and more convenience, it is imperative to set reasonable control program to achieve, in the designing, I have used the pneumatic transmission and PLC control of program .
