乙市排水工程扩大初步设计 摘要 乙市位于湘南地区，截至1989年底有城市人口11.3万，建成区总面积为11.25平方公里。乙市目前排水系统非常不完善，除部分地区设有排水暗沟和明沟外，几乎没有任何污水处理措施，污水直接排入水体，造成水体污染严重。 本设计内容包括：污水管网总体布置及设计计算、雨水管网总体布置及设计计算、污水厂扩大初步设计、污水厂工程概算及处理成本估算。 本设计采用雨水，污水分流的管道布置形式。根据该市的水质水量进行技术经济比较后，污水处理厂采用以厌氧池+Carrousel氧化沟为主体的污水处理工艺流程。该工艺具有工艺流程短、处理效果好、出水水质稳定、剩余污泥少、运行管理方便、基建与运行费用低等特点。该水厂占地56.26亩，绿化率达到30%以上，总投资1989.146万元，单位处理成本为0.31元/m3污水。 关键词：初步设计，排水管网，Carrousel氧化沟 【Abstract】: The city is located in the center of Hunan Province whose population is approximately 113 thousand untill 1989.The city’s area is 11.25 square kilometers. At present, the city’s sewage drainage system has not reached maturity. Wastewater influxes into the river directly, which makes the river severe pollution. According to some relevant materials about ecology, water resources and so on , this article shows a preliminary designation of the sewage treatment and sewage plug treatment and divided sewage and rainwater system. The plant adopts the major technology process for carrousel oxidation ditch which has been characterized for its short-period process, high efficiency, steady water quality, small rest solids and low fees for construction and operation, and so on. And the plant’s area is 37.5 thousand square kilometers. The greening rate of the plant is 30%. The investment of the plant is 19891.46 thousand. In addition, treating with 1 m3 wastewater cost 0.31 yuan.
