本科毕业论文 (设计) 题 目：非织造包装材料力学性能测试与评价 学 院： 纺 织 服 装 学 院 专 业： 纺 织 工 程 姓 名： 指导教师： 2010年 6 月 1 日  非织造包装材料力学性能测试与评价 Non-woven Packing Material Mechanical Properties Testing and Evaluation 摘要 本文主要测试了三种纺粘法非织造包装材料的力学性能，三种非织造包装材料的克重分别为150、100、80。对试样进行工艺、原料、规格参数分析，并对与坚牢性相关的材料性能测试，重点对试样的拉、撕、顶、磨、接缝等性能进行了测试。 经过实验分析得到，对于纺粘法非织造包装材料而言，试样的拉伸、顶破性能与克重成线性关系，耐磨性与克重成“L”形的二次函数关系，而撕裂性能与克重成倒立的“L”的二次函数关系 。在实际生产中，必须根据织物的最终用途和强力的要求,选择合适的非织造加工工艺，以及克重、厚度等规格参数，才能满足使用的需要。 关键词 纺粘法非织造布 包装材料 力学性能  ABSTRACT This paper tested three kinds of non-woven packaging material. Three kinds of packaging materials was made of polyester by spunbonded method, and its weight was 150、100、80.We analysis its technology、 materials、specifications, focusing on the sample pull, tear, top, grinding, joints and other properties.  Obtained through experimental analysis, for the spunbonded nonwoven packaging materials, it was a linear relationship between the tensile performance, resistance to bursting properties and weight ；it was L-shaped quadratic function relationship between abrasion resistance properties and weight；however， it was inverted L-shaped quadratic function relationship between tear resistance properties and weight. In actual production, it must be based on the end-use of the fabric and powerful require to select an appropriate non-woven processing methods、weight per square meters、 thickness、other specifications parameter to meet the operational need.
