间规聚苯乙烯改性研究进展间规聚苯乙烯（sPS）是用茂金属催化剂合成出来的一种新型结晶聚合物。与通用聚苯乙烯相比，具有许多优良的特性：(1)sPS具有熔点高，约270℃；(2)结晶度高，结晶速率快；(3)耐热性好、耐化学行以及尺寸稳定性好和优良的电气性能。其应用领域非常之广泛，在汽车工业，膜材料，食用容器，电子，电器等领域具有广阔的应用前景。但是sPS的脆性较大，而且分子中缺少极性基团，因此，改善sPS的抗冲击性能，提高其极性一直是广大科技工作者致力解决的课题新的特殊应用领域还在不断的开拓中，因此具有广泛的应用前景，被看作是复兴苯乙烯行业的希望。同时，其单体苯乙烯便宜易得，sPS产品的利润可观，目前sPS的价格在2.54.0万元/吨左右。价格相比昂贵的氟塑料具有很大的优势Progress in Modification of Syndiotactic Polystyrene Student name: Dong dong Chen Class:0881021 Supervisor: Zhong Wei Abstract: Syndiotactic polystyrene (sPS) is a new engineer polymer. Which has been prepared by metallocence catalysts .Compared with the general polystyrene，sPS has many exellent properties, such as high melting point (about270℃)，highegree of crystallinity and rapid crystallization rate, excellent chemical and heating resistance along with its stablity in dimension and excellent properties in electricity，whih make sPS an attractive engineer polymers and have been used in many regions，suh as automobile，film and eletric circum. But its inherent brittleness and polar group absence in molecules signify -cantly limit some end uses. There are two problems，ncluding its nonpolar and brittleness，to solve . How tomprove the polarity and the impact strength is crucial to modifications of sPS. With the development of technology, people have more research on sPS. There are some more special regions that sPS can be used .And it is to be thought the hope of the polystyrene. At the same time, styrene monomer is cheaper than other plastics. So it is easier to have large profit form the sPS’s business. Then sPS’s cost is just twenty five thousand per ton. Compared with the more expensive fluorine plastics, sPS has more advantages. In this paper, I focused on the latest advance modification research in our country and foreign.
