探讨新农村建设中土地管理 　　摘要：全社会都在进行新农村建设的今天，作为国土管理的职能部门既要服务好社会主义新农村建设，又要履行好管理土地，严格执法的职责。本文从土地管理与社会主义新农村的关系着手，对农村土地管理存在的一些问题进行分析，并对在新农村建设中如何加强土地管理及新农村建设与规划布局进行了探讨。 　　关键词：土地；管理；新农村建设 　　Abstract: In the whole of society during the construction of new rural land management departments should not only serve the good new socialist rural construction, but also to fulfill the good management of land, strict law enforcement duties.
