表曝型氧化沟自动化(节能)系统应用研究 　　摘要： 　　 表曝型氧化沟工艺是污水处理的传统工艺，其工艺特点结构简单、运行可靠、出水水质优良而被城市污水处理广泛的采用。表曝型氧化沟自动化控制系统通过对设置在氧化沟中污水检测仪表的数据采集例如：MLSS、DO，结合氧化沟总进水量、进水水质，通过运算、比较、分析 选择合理的曝气曲线指导表曝机有规律的运行，使得氧化沟中各段溶解氧的含量在合理的范围内，不产生曝气不足和饱和曝气现象。由于污水中溶解氧的消耗和污泥浓度MLSS等因素有关具有滞后性、延缓特征，因此采取恒定曝气和间歇性曝气是针对溶解氧在污水中的传递达到平衡的理想解决办法，实践证明自动化曝气不仅提高了氧化沟整体经济运行效率，而且使得出水水质更好。 　　关键词：表曝型氧化沟自动化节能系统、曝气曲线、经济运营、自动调节、恒定曝气和间歇性曝气 　　Abstract: 　　Table type aerating oxidation ditch process of sewage treatment is the traditional process, the process features of simple structure, reliable operation, good water quality and water by the urban sewage treatment widely adopted.
