冠心病患者症状管理SWOT分析 　　安徽医科大学护理学院，安徽合肥 230601 　　[摘要] 本文探讨我国冠心病患者症状管理中面临的各种内部和外部条件。采用SWOT分析法，就冠心病患者症状管理的发展，综合分析内部优势（S）和劣势（W），外部机会（O）和威胁（T）等影响因素。冠心病患者症状管理中，内部优势包括提高患者服药依从性、帮助患者克服不良的心理反应、改善冠心病患者的便秘状况、指导患者建立健康的生活方式以及指导患者及时识别心绞痛的发生；劣势因素主要是目前在国内针对此理论相关的研究及临床应用的报道较少；外部机会包括症状管理在目前的应用中取得了一定成果、目前研究者对症状管理的研究对象从单一症状到症状群；威胁因素包括症状管理在冠心病的临床护理中缺乏应用经验、目前还没有适合我国国情的症状群研究工具等。冠心病患者症状管理中内部优势和不利条件并存，外部机遇和挑战同在。需要依靠优势，克服劣势，利用机会，规避风险，提出针对性策略，为我国冠心病患者症状管理的长远发展提供借鉴与帮助。 　　[关键词] 冠心病；症状管理；SWOT分析 　　[中图分类号] R541.5 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1673-7210（2013）11（b）-0027-03 　　SWOT analysis of symptom management in patients with coronary heart disease 　　WANG Panpan BI Qingquan WANG Weili HONG Jingfang XIE Lunfang 　　School of Nursing， Anhui Medical University， Hefei Province， Hefei 230601， China 　　[Abstract] This paper discusses the influencing factors both within and outside the symptom management of patients with coronary heart disease. The factors were tried to be refined both within the symptom management by SWOT analysis， named strengths （S） and weaknesses （W） and the factors outside the symptom management， named opportunities （O） and threats （T）， respectively. The strengths included the symptom management were improving the medication compliance， helping patients to untoward psychology reaction， improving constipation status in patients with coronary heart disease， guiding patients in a healthy lifestyle and instructing patients in identifying angina pectoris timely； while the weakness is that there are less reports about the theory and clinical application in our country currently； the opportunities referred to symptom management has made certain achievements， and the research objects from single symptom to symptoms； while the threats are lack of clinical experience in symptom management of patients with coronary heart disease， and we dont have the suitable tool of symptoms in China currently.
