左西替利嗪治疗变应性鼻炎随机对照试验Meta分析 　　武汉大学人民医院耳鼻咽喉头颈外科，湖北武汉 430060 　　[摘要] 目的 评价左西替利嗪治疗变应性鼻炎的效果及其安全性。 方法 计算机检索SCI、PubMed、Elsevier、Cochrane图书馆中关于左西替利嗪治疗变应性鼻炎的随机对照试验（RCT），同时追索纳入文献的参考文献。检索年限均从建库检索到2013年12月。由两名评价员独立筛查文献，对纳入的文献进行质量评价，并提取资料，对符合质量标准的RCT进行Meta分析，比较左西替利嗪组和安慰剂组鼻部症状评分、鼻腔通气气流、鼻腔炎症细胞计数、生活质量评价和安全性评估。统计学分析采用RevMan 5.1软件。 结果 共纳入10个RCT。左西替利嗪（5 mg/d）可有效改善变应性鼻炎患者的症状，可降低患者鼻部症状评分、鼻腔炎症细胞计数；提高鼻腔通气气流；可有效提高生活质量，降低患者总的生活质量评分（均P 0.05）。 结论 左西替利嗪（5 mg/d）可以有效缓解患者的症状，改善患者的生活质量，且不良反应发生率与对照组相近。 　　[关键词] 变应性鼻炎；左西替利嗪；随机对照实验；Meta分析 　　[中图分类号] R765.21 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1673-7210（2014）03（b）-0073-06 　　The treatment of Levocetirizine for allergic rhinitis： a Meta-analysis of randomized controlled trial 　　ZOU You CHEN Shiming ZHANG Leibo KONG Yonggang 　　Department of Otolaryngology， Head Neck Surgery， Renmin Hospital of Wuhan University， Hubei Province， Wuhan 430060， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect and safety of Levocetirizine in patients with allergic rhinitis. Methods SCI， PubMed， Elsevier， Cochrane library datebases had been searched for the randomized controlled trials （RCTs） of the treatment of Levocetirizine for allergic rhinitis from the date of establishment of the datebases to December 2013. The RCTs which conformed to the quality standard would be resorted to Meta analysis. The study had been analyzed several aspects including the nasal symptom scores， the nasal airflow， the nasal inflammatory cell counts， the quality of life， safety between the Levocetirizine group and the placebo group. The RevMan 5.1 was used to statistical analysis. Results A total of 10 trials were included. The treatment of Levocetirizine was valid to improve the symptom and the quality of life in the allergic rhinitis patients.
