弹性髓内钉与锁定钢板内固定治疗儿童肱骨骨折疗效比较 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨弹性髓内钉与锁定钢板内固定治疗儿童肱骨骨折的临床疗效，为儿童肱骨骨折的治疗提供参考。 方法 选择2011年1月～2012年1月在本院进行手术治疗的79例肱骨骨折患儿为观察对象，随机分成两组，髓内钉组41例，应用弹性髓内钉进行内固定，钢板组38例，应用锁定钢板进行内固定，术后对两组患者进行8～12个月的随访，比较两组手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、骨折愈合时间、瘢痕长度、术后肩关节功能恢复及术后并发症发生率。 结果 髓内钉组的手术时间、住院时间、术中出血量、瘢痕长度及术后并发症的发生率明显优于钢板组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 应用弹性髓内钉治疗儿童肱骨骨折具有手术时间短、术中出血量少、术后损伤小、并发症发生率低等优点，可在临床中推广应用。 　　[关键词] 弹性髓内钉；锁定钢板；儿童；肱骨骨折 　　[中图分类号] R726.8 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2013）07（a）-0022-02 　　Elastic intramedullary nail and locking effect of plate internal fixation for the treatment of humeral fractures in children 　　LI De-xin 　　Department of Orthopedics， Third Peoples Hospital of Shangqiu City in Henan Province， Shangqiu 476000， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical effect of plate internal fixation in the treatment of children with and elastic intramedullary nail in the treatment of children with humeral fractures. Methods From January 2011 to January 2012， 79 cases of children patients with operation therapy in our hospital were selected as observation objects， 79 cases were randomly divided into two groups， 41 cases in intramedullary nail group were given elastic intramedullary nail fixation， 38 patients in plate group were treated with locking plate internal fixation， patients in two groups were followed up for 8-12 months， operation time， intraoperative blood loss， hospitalization time， the time of fracture healing， scar length， shoulder joint function recovery and complications of two groups were compared. Results The operation time， hospitalization time， amount of bleeding during the operation， scar length and the incidence of postoperative complications of intramedullary nail group was significantly better than that of plate group， the difference was statistically significant （P0.05）. Conclusion The application of elastic intramedullary nail has shorter operation time，less bleeding volume， small postoperative trauma， low complication rate， so it can be widely used in
