Whilst we have secured considerable funding for this scheme, we will not be able to assist everyone. After the applications are received, we will: check all applications to make sure that they meet the eligibility criteria for this scheme. prioritise applications depending on the size and type of your home. Points to note The grant must be used as part of the purchase price of the new home; The property that you vacate must be in a good, re-lettable condition. You must list the names of everyone over the age of 18 who live in the property even if they are not on the tenancy or intend to purchase the new home with you.
