结核病管理现状分析 e occupation and so on can be calculated though the data analysis and the processing method, and the multi-dimensional stepwise regression model also be used to assess the influencing factors of pulmonary tuberculosis treatment. Results In the treated 4570 patients, the cure rate is 65.23%. The highest cure rate (age group of 35-44 years) is 76.52%，while the lowest cure rate (age group of older than 75 years old) is 47.02%; The cure rate in the middle age group is higher than the counterparts in high and low period of age group. Conclusion The analysis indicates that the cure rate of tuberculosis patients show a great discrepancy due to the different sex, different careers, different factors. In order to effectively prevent and control TB，we must take diverse factors into consideration and strengthen scientific management, health, education, government attention as well as public concern. 　　【Key words】pulmonary tuberculosis Management situation Factors of recovery rate DOTS health promotion 　　结核病是一种由结核分枝杆菌造成的细菌传染病，通常影响肺部。此病通过空气中带有结核分枝杆菌的飞沫随人的呼吸道传播。据有关文献报道，2009年我国肺结核发病数为1076938例，死亡数为3783例，与2008年同期相比，发病率减少8.38％，死亡率增加34.32％[1]。2009年重庆市报告登记的结核病疑似病例达12万余人，其中确诊为结核病病人的为2.8万，发病率位居四大直辖市之首。重庆地区结核病发病形式严峻，要有效控制结核病疫情，必须做好结核病人发现和管理工作。 　　1 材料与方法 　　1.1 资料来源 　　合川区疾病预防控制中心结核病防治门诊，2006-2010年间合川区“肺结核病人登记管理卡”以及合川区结核病管理相关资料。 　　1.2 方法： 　　原始数据资料为excel形式的数据库，直接用excel软件计算各年不同年龄、性别、职业等人群的治愈情况。将excel形式的数据库在spss系统下转换为spss数据库。进行数据清理，剔除不符合要求的部分观察记录后锁定数据库。肺结核治疗效果采用多元逐步回归模型进行评价。 　　2 结果 　　2.1 肺结核病人的治愈情况影响因素单因素分析 　　2.1.1 不同年龄肺结核病人的治愈情况分析 　　表1 不同年龄组结核病人治愈情 　　各年龄组治疗情况中，15~24、25~34、35~44年龄组的患者治愈率为69.99%、73.97%、76.52%，其他年龄组治愈率在56%以下，且有下降趋势。具体见表1。 　　2.1.2 不同性别的肺结核病人的治愈情况分析 　　女性肺结核患者的治愈率为71.94％，男性为63.04%。说明女性患者的治疗效果比男性患者好。 　　2.1.3 不同职业肺结核病人的治愈情况分析 　　表2 结核患者不同职业肺结核病人的治愈情况 　　分析不同职业人群肺结核病的治愈率发现，学生、工人、离退人员等治愈率为83.64%、69.70%、75.00%，而农民、工人、家务人员的治愈率低于上述职业人群。结果见表2。 　　2.1.4 不同痰检结果、不同化疗史、管理方式、治疗方案结核病人的治愈情况分析 　　不同痰检结果病人中，痰检阳性的肺结核患者数为3322,治愈数为1905，治愈率为57.34％；痰检阴性肺结核患者数为1231, 治愈数为1066,治愈率为8
