At the present , the discrete control technology based on computer , frequency conversion technology, field bus technology, PLC technology, OPC communication technology and other technologies constitute the modern control system which has become the main component of the system design of production equipment. In order to improve the yield rate of pressure shell production, the S7-300PLC is the core of the motion control to build the turbocharger pressure shell assembly and detection control system. The system consists of electric cylinder motion control system, servo press installation straight pipes and pipe system, torque detection system, safety protection system and other subsystems, so as to satisfy the customers special production process requirements. System equipment using LabVIEW graphical software as the host computer controllingand touch screen using, host computer and PLC main communication mode OPC communication and TCP/IP communication. Using the touch screen computer integrated machine, the operation state of the equipment, data monitoring and data storage setting in one, is easy to operate and simple.
