摘 要 针对回转窑水泥生产工艺复杂，生产连续性强，设备控制时连镇、互锁逻辑关系复杂，本论文主要讲述了一套基于IPC+PLC+现场总线的水泥回转窑控制系统。采用IPC现场总线技术，以工控机和可缟程序控制器(PLC)构成水泥回转窑系统控制网络。经计算各种机型和方案的投入费用，依经济性原则选择最优方案为无锡华光电子公司的光洋可编程控制器，型号为SZ-3。光洋可编程控制器是国产PLC的佼佼者，比国外著名公司的PLC价格低，但功能相似。SZ-3属紧凑组合式小型PLC，价格便宜，易于操作，结构小巧，可靠性高，适宜于点数较少的单机控制场合。在此基础上，选择数字量输入模块A0～A3四块,输出模块A4～A7四块。本系统对可编程控制器输出数的总需求为44点。由于输出电流的额定值与负载的性质有关，其中16点用于对挡轮液压站和主减速器润滑站的动作控制，需AC220V电压控制接触器线圈及中间继电器线圈的吸合。其余28点用于各指示灯的输出控制，电压要求为DC24V。故采用Z-8TR继电器输出模块和Z-16TD2集电极输出模块各两块。 关键词：PLC，回转窑，模块 ！！所有下载了本文的注意：本论文附有CAD图纸和完整版最终设计，凡下载了本文的读者请留下你的联系方式（QQ邮箱），或加我百度用户名QQ，我把图纸发给你。最后，希望此文能够帮到你！ In ￠3.5/3 x 60m cement rotary kiln control system application based on PLC In rotary kiln cement production technology is complex, the continuity, equipment control even town, interlock logic relation, this thesis mainly tells the story of a system based on PLC +IPC+ fieldbus control system of cement rotary kiln.
