绵阳市游仙区文化站设计 摘要：本文为绵阳市游仙区文化站的设计计算书。该建筑的建筑面积2886.3m2。六层办公楼，建筑总高度21.0m，设计使用年限50年，结构安全等级二级，建筑耐火等级二级，抗震设防烈度七度。根据建筑设计、抗震方面等的要求，确定合理的结构形式和结构布置方案，确定框架、基础的形式。根据要求采用了钢筋混凝土结构。 本设计中运用了大学四年所学过的一些理论和软件，如：荷载的计算、PKPM和天正等建筑软件的应用等，使自己温故了多方面的知识。 对工程质量目标、工期目标、项目管理机构设置、施工进度计划、施工机械、周转材料及设备、主要施工方法、劳务组织、安全文明施工、环境保护等诸多因素做了充分考虑；并以国家有关技术政策、规定、业主的要求、设计图纸、招标文件、施工现场相关资料为依据；严格按照施工组织设计的编制原则，从施工全局出发，结合工程的实际情况，利用科学的组织管理方法，合理的组织安排各项资源，以期达到消耗少、工期短、质量高，造价低的最优效果。 关键词：框架结构；结构设计；PKPM；施工进度计划；施工组织设计  The design of MianYang cultural center Abstract：This paper for the city of Mianyang District Culture Station Design calculations.The construction of the building area of 2886.3m2.Six layer office building, building a total height 21.0m, design service life of 50 years, the structural safety level two, fire resistance rating of level two, seismic fortification intensity of seven degree.According to architectural design, anti-seismic etc, the determination of reasonable structure form and structure layout, determine the basic framework, form.according to the requirements by the reinforced concrete structure.
