The purpose of the research is the management system structure establishment and improvement that organizes inner part to carry on integrated project for the software. The integrated IT project in this text means:The electricity equipments makes to install and construction,network integration,system integration, produce auto control,production control system,business enterprise information-based implement etc. of IT integration, therefore process complications.Textual integration type the process of the IT project take the PMBOK project management thought as foundation, passing the analysis to carry out the process to project, looking for the CMMI model and integrating IT project management process to reflect to shoot a relation.
