The assignment is done based on a defined set of rules (example: alpha split, diagnosis or number of cases assigned to a case manager). Automated Case Distribution Create other functions such as the ability to transfer a caseload, restrict assigning case to a specific user, and running caseload reports. User Security Create a new screen to allow System Administrators to select different menu options for a user profile or replicate from a security group, class, or user.
