我国企业碳经济之路的基本路径分析.doc

摘要 工业经济的快速发展，虽然给人类社会带来了巨大的物质财富，但同时，这种发展模式是建立在高度消耗资源的基础上的。由其所引发的环境破坏、气候变暖、能源短缺问题已成为社会可持续发展进程中面临的严峻挑战。在这种背景下，“低碳经济”这一低能耗、低污染、低排放的发展模式应运而生，并在人类社会的各个方面引起不同程度的变革。企业作为社会经济的微观主体，它不仅为经济运行提供绝大部分的物质产品，而且成为能源的主要消耗者，在低碳经济发展日渐盛行的情况下，难免会面临巨大的挑战。因此，在低碳背景下，如何突出重围、脱颖而出，是企业不得不解决的首要难题。 本文立足于我国企业目前低碳经济发展情况，对我国低碳经济低水平的成因进行了探讨，在综合分析大力发展低碳经济的必要性和可行性的基础上，给出了一些建议和对策，探讨了在低碳背景下我国企业如何选择发展低碳经济的基本路径。 关键词 低碳经济；低碳发展；节能减排；基本路径；企业发展 Abstract The rapid development of industrial economy, while brings the huge material wealth, but at the same time, this development model is based on high consumption of resources. Failure, caused by the climate warming, the energy shortage has become a severe challenge to the sustainable development of the society in the process of. In this context, emerge as the times require development mode of low-carbon economy this one low energy consumption, low pollution, low emissions, and caused different degrees of changes in all aspects of human society. Enterprises as the microcosmic main body of social economy, it is not only for economic operation to provide most of the material products, but also become the major energy consumers, in the development of low carbon economy becomes increasingly prevailing circumstances, will inevitably face the enormous challenge. Under the background of low carbon, therefore, how to find a way of breakthrough is the enterprise must face the problem. This paper is based on the enterprises of our country at present the development of low carbon economy situation, causes of the low level of Chinas low carbon economy are discussed, the necessity and feasibility of developing low carbon economy energetically in the comprehensive analysis. On this basis, gives some suggestions and countermeasures, are discussed in the context of Chinas low carbon enterprise how to choose the path of development of low carbon economy.
