根管治疗术在根尖周病治疗中应用及其远期疗效评价 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨根管治疗术在根尖周病治疗中的应用及其远期疗效。方法：将本院收治的128例根尖周病患者随机分为观察组与对照组，每组64例，其中观察组采取一次性根管治疗术，对照组采取常规多次性根管治疗术，比较两组患者治疗后的临床疗效及远期疗效。结果：观察组治疗总有效率为91.55%，对照组为89.04%，两组比较差异无统计学意义（P0.05）；观察组根充后6个月总有效率为90.14%，1年为87.32%，2年为84.51%，对照组分别为87.67%、86.30%、83.56%，两组同期比较差异无统计学意义（P0.05）；同时两组治疗后2年与本组治疗后6个月、1年相比，差异无统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：根管治疗术治疗根尖周病即期及远期疗效均显著，而一次性根管治疗术能明显降低就诊次数，缩短疗程，值得临床推广应用。 　　【关键词】 根管； 根尖周病； 远期疗效 　　Application and the Forward Curative Effect Evaluation of Root Canal Therapy in Treatment of Periapical Disease /LUO Shui-ying.//Medical Innovation of China，2013，10（26）：058-059 　　【Abstract 】 Objective：To investigate application and the forward curative effect of the root canal therapy in treatment of periapical disease. Method：128 cases of periapical disease were randomly divided into observation group and control group， 64 cases in each group， the observation group takes one-off root canal therapy， the control group adopted routine repeatedly， root canal treatment， compared two groups of patients after treatment of clinical curative effect and the forward curative effect.Result：Observation group treatment the total effective rate was 91.55%，control group was 89.04%， compared two groups there was no statistically significant difference （P0.05）； 6 months following observation group the total effective rate was 90.14%， 87.32% 1 year， 2 years was 84.51%， control group were 87.67%， 86.30%， 83.56%， during the same period there was no statistically significant difference comparing the two groups （P0.05）； At the same time the two groups after treatment for 2 years and 6 months after treatment， 1 year， there was no statistically significant difference （P0.05）.Conclusion：For the treatment of root canal therapy on periapical disease spot and the forward curative effect significantly，and one-off root canal therapy can significantly reduce the number of visits， shorten the treatment course， worthy of clinical popularization and application. 　　【Key words 】 Root canal；
