Key word：Carry on the back Vietnamese high jump;The technique acts;Easily make mistake a mistake; 前言 背越式跳高具有“快速”的技术特点，要求快速助跑，快速起跳和快速过杆。如果说过去把俯卧式跳高看作是力量与幅度的结合，着重在于挖掘运动员力量素质的潜力，那么现在背越式跳高在力量、幅度和速度的结合中，突出了速度的作用，从而就应注意充分挖掘运动员速度素质的潜力，因此，在背越式跳高训练中，应始终贯彻重视“速度”训练的指导思想。 在“背越式跳高技术是不可分割的整体”的思想指导下，分析背越式跳高技术教学中的常见错误动作的产生原因，除了概念不清、身体素质和一些客观原因之外，许多错误动作产生的原因并不在动作的本身，而在与前一个或后一个动作，或者是由于动作间的衔接不好。因此，在背越式跳高技术教学训练中，通过教法措施，去主动、积极地防止错误动作出现，减少技术学习中的反复，提高教学的
